I paint in Acrylics and my surface of choice is gesso board. The smooth, hard surface allows me to achieve a high level of detail in the animals that I paint. I’m all about the details and can spend hours on one small section of fur or feathers or scales till I’m satisfied. I love all the animals of this earth and to be able to captured them in paint...is a gift I cherish. It is my most sincere wish that through my paintings you can see what I see....the beauty, grace, and intelligence all animals possess. Every animal is unique and special and I try to honor that through my paintings. We must learn to respect the animals of this earth and protect and treasure them. I take a minimum of 10 per cent of each and every sale of my art work and donate it to animal charities. I also donate art work to rescue centers for auction to benefit the animals cared for there.
