I do accept a few commission pieces each year. These can be of your pet or some other wildlife or nature subject. I work from photographs. If you are interested in receiving a free no obligation quote, proceed as follows:

1. Email me the photo of your subject. Please include any requirements such as size of painting or time lines.
2. I will reply with a no obligation quote.
3. If you wish to proceed with the commission. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be needed. This deposit secures your position on my calender and is needed before any work can begin.
4. Once I begin work on the painting, I will post progress photos on my blog. You may, of course, request these to be sent privately to your email in the event this is to be a gift.
5. Upon completion of the painting and your 100% satisfaction of my work, you will send me the balance due. Upon reciept of this payment, I will send the completed work to you.

How long will it take.....

I normally like to have at lease 4 weeks to complete a painting. Another determining factor will be my current workload. Best advice, contact me well in advance of your due date if this is for a special event. I will do my very best to work within your time frame if I can.
